Please arrive in uniform that can also be worn for the finale. If you do not have Academy uniform, please wear plain black leggings and a plain black t-shirt/top/leotard. If possible, please arrive with hair & make-up done. If you need any assistance with hair/make-up, please speak to one of the teachers ASAP so that we can arrange this in advance.

Baby Class will need to arrive in costume with a jacket/t-shirt over the top as they are unable to get changed in their dressing room due to Child Protection rules. If they are watching the second half of the show because you have bought them a tickets, please let us know when you sign them in at the stage door and send in alternative clothing in a labelled bag. A chaperone will ensure they are changed in the main changing area and ready to be collected from the stage door at the interval.

Stage doors will open at 6:30pm and the show commences at 7:30pm. Please arrive by no later than 7:10pm. The interval will be at 8:30pm, all babies will need to be collected at the interval. The show will end at approx 10:00pm, except on Saturday where there will be a few awards to present (approx 10 mins extra).

Please ensure all costumes and shoes are labelled and either on hangers or in a labelled costume box. This helps when the helpers are tidying up costumes so they know which box to put things into. It also helps if anything is left behind by mistake, we can make sure it gets back to it's owner.

Please send in drinks that are not coloured (preferably water) as if spilt coloured/sticky sugary drinks can ruin costumes & shoes. If sending in snacks, please only send in small quantities of snacks only, please do not send in lots of food as this can cause them to feel sick if trying to dance on a full stomach. Please also avoid sending in any food which make lots of mess (such as chocolate or sticky sweets) as these can also ruin costumes.

The show will be recorded on the Saturday evening, along with the Tuesday and Wednesday rehearsals.

If your child has any medical requirements, such as inhalers, please send this information to Miss Wendy ASAP so that this can be recorded on our files and that all helpers, teachers and theatre staff are aware should these be needed during the show.

Please find below a copy of the running order to help you to organise your child's costume box. A costume checklist for each group will be uploaded next week.

If you have any queries regarding the show, please speak to one of the teachers or contact Miss Wendy via email.

Let's make this a fabulous show and celebrate all the hard work the students have put in over the past 12 months! Thank you for your support.
